Why?

Why does this site exist?

Well, here is the long and the short of it. I am a recovering pornography addict and with any addiction I know that the first step to recovery is publicly admitting you have the problem. While I have confessed this problem to people close to me (namely my girlfriend and a couple other trusted friends) I still felt the need to do something more on the road to recovery.

So, along with the accountability I get from my close friends I have decided that it would be good to make this journey for me a very public one. This site, then, is my attempt at being vulnerable and humble with the world about my struggles and it will likely take on the nature of a personal journal of the journey.

So now I invite you to take this journey with me.
